We want you to love your Gigglpot experience! If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

Your item is defective or damaged upon arrival

You received the wrong product

You contact us within 7 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and custom packaging, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used items

Gift sets that have been unsealed


3. Process

To request a return or refund:

Email us at info@gigglpot.com with your order number and photos

We will respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 days


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Shipping Returns

We’ll provide return instructions if applicable. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective
